Though on a serious note...I think the noodles and sauce both play a good part. Many places go the easy way using cornstarch for the gravy.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[was in Tuck Kee having dinner last Saturday, the yut kwong hor was good and the wat tan hor is delicious!! the chicken leg is very fragrant with all the spices used to cook it ....
anyway saw 8TV&#039;s crew in Sun Tuck Kee filming &#039;HoChiak!&#039; ... maybe next time will drop by Sun Tuck Kee for dinner for comparison... :D :D]]></description>
