I used to eat at Mun Thin to wait for my dad finishing his work at 5pm. He used to work at French Hotel.
Still remember the wonderful caramel egg custard!

I am old enough to have tasted the original majie curry noodle. Definitely different. Mun Thin and the next coffee shop across the lane, Suet San (snow mountain) was our usual joints on Fridays when we (students from Anderson School Ipoh) had a quick bite before going for the 12:45pm show in Lido, Cathay or sometimes Ruby. We had such great times. And the food was cheap.
