Pity, the Dubliner have closed and Shah Niaz have moved to Bukit Jalil. So I found out by speaking to him today as I wanted to bring my family for a birthday dinner tonight-Pity

Yes, John. I saw that during my visit to Gossip Jazz too. Pity, as this was a pretty decent Halal western food outlet in Ipoh.

ive been to the restaurant before. infact, i went there on opening week. i ate seafood vol-au-vent and tuna sandwiches. i dont remember the drink though. the food were extremely good. my mom went for irish stew and i think my dad had some sort of lamb dish. the price was bloody cheap. seriously. irish stew in secret recipe is rm25 right? (correct me if im wrong). this place, is the place to chill for good food, good price and calm surrounding. 5 stars!

Actually, the best thing in Dubliners is Niaz. Ask him about Ireland. He loves the place, hence Dubliners. The lamb stew is just right. Had been there a few times. He remembers me. Great place but the decor has nothing to shout about.

Not sure about vegetarian menu though, for I only remembered the Thai and Western portions of the menu. Sorry.
